Individual Pilates lessons are tailored to focus on your specific needs, goals or medical conditions (back or chronic pain, hypermobility, EDS, sport injuries, post natal recovery, pelvic floor issues, pregnancy related conditions such as abdominal separation or Pelvic pain).
121 sessions can be also a perfect integration to your group class Pilates practice, as they provide a more thorough understanding of the Pilates exercises and principles.

Your session will be tailored to help you reach your goals that much faster. All the equipment is provided and you will use it all! Your 121 Pilates sessions will be fun, varied and a challenging workout every time.
