On entering the studio I felt at ease with an introduction great surroundings. I started with a pinching in my lower back, a right shoulder pain ( which I have had for years) and a pain between my navel and xiphoid process. Each session we had was great fun and I learnt a lot about what was and what was not working in my body. You changed each session to suit what I needed at the time rather than sticking to text books which I really appreciated.

Just finished 4 weekly sessions with Flavia. I have really enjoyed my sessions and I am more aware of how I am exercising. She has helped with a specific muscle pain and I am benefitting from some stretches and strengthening exercises. Thank you Flavia
